We just want to know there will be a patch soon regarding this? Are you able to please find out ? You may its ready, well if its ready then its just not ready to be a mmo or played online. This is a great game and would be a total blast if you could play it like it says in the trailer but for thousands of players this game is #alwaysplayalone or #maybeplaywithonebutyouwilldropout. We shouldn't have to 'set it up' at all!! No other game makes you do it why the crew? Whether you have set up your network 'correctly' is not the point. So being a new game I figured it couldn't be as bad as they said.sadly the issues are many and support is clearly over worked. If those problems happen on a new game in today's market they stand no chance of a sequel.
even the store I bought mine from told me it was bug ridden and told me about a lot of these issues, but as an avid assassin creed fan and the lengths ubisoft went to keep the reputation by giving everyone the dlc expansion free I thought "ubisoft have always made great games, and after ACUnity they won't want a repeat surely they learnt from their mistakes and that of EA with battlefield (personally won't be buying another battlefield till its either in the cheap bin or I've only heard glowing reviews, which seems to be the same for most of the community) I also figured with assassins creed and battlefield they have large fan bases already established. Goes to show it was rushed on the shelves for Christmas rush. Honestly you can't say the game IS ready it was patched day one just for it to work. Project cars delayed their launch to march so they wouldnt have issues. Myself and my brother in law have the same issue on ps4, its kinda ironic you can't join a crew in the crew lol only bug or whatever worse would be if you couldn't drive a car, lol those are the main 2 points of a car game called the crew. Interestingly enough ubisoft support told me on the phone they are working very hard on a patch for this, however no moderator has said anything about it even though numerous people ask? We just want to know it's being fixed? Why can't you confirm this? Phone support told me this so did they lie or are moderators withholding the answer we are all waiting for? But still haven't heard anything yet back? I also lodged a support ticket over a week ago and rung up ubisoft support who told me they would speed it along. Besides, that statement says there are thousands of people with bad internet connections. So its not me its the game and if it truly is our network connection, well maybe this game should have waited a few more years to be released so internet technology can be upgraded because there is nothing on the box about what I have to do to get it to work other than put the disk in and press play just like every other game. You can't just say its our network connection because every other game works fine, I can even play assassins creed unity co op !!!!!!!
Interestingly enough its ONLY this game that has this issue and it didn't say on the box when I bought it I would need to port forward both ps4 ports and the ones listed above, ensure its Nat type 2 (which it is because I couldnt play other games on ps4 if it wasnt or even talk in party chat but I can), activate dmz, create static IP address, become uplay friends etc. The game IS ready for playing, however your network might be restricting some things that this game needs. Now here is the question: Are "Ubisoft"/"Ivory Tower"/"Ubisoft Reflections" aware of this problem or not? I appreciate you having tried this much already, I'm not seeing any info regarding NAT type though? (mind you, I'm not a tech moderator)įor us to determine if there is a problem on our side, we will need you to contact our customer support though. Now here is the question: Are "Ubisoft"/"Ivory Tower"/"Ubisoft Reflections" aware of this problem or not? And no I don't want to waste my time to contact the support, because it is quite obvious that the game itself has his own problems.
A F2P title has less connectivity problems than a paid title.
